  4. B12 symptoms. Do i need to do endoscopy?

Did my b12 test after completing 5 doses of injection every 5 days ... it was >2000 after 45 days tested b12 is now 682. Slight tingling, ringing in ears continue about 20% .. did ultrasonography attached here also my latest CBC looks ok ... should I continue injection maintenance or can I take sublingual to manage or do i need to do endoscopy?

Get a vit b 12 level again....form a standard lab....if the report is still low u can start oral tablets ...after consulting your physician
