B12 Overdose - After My 5Th Injection Of Neurobine Forte For B12

After my 5th injection of neurobine forte for b12 deficiency my b12 serum test showed more than 2000 . My doctor immediately stopped my medication but symptoms like fatigue , anxiety, insomnia, twitching , ringing in ear and numbness still persist but at a lesser extent. My doctor says the symptoms are due to overdose and need to wait it out . Now it's almost a month and the symptoms still persist and continue.... is it still because of overdose. I do have 1000 mcg sublinguals should I try this . Looking for some advice.... thanks
