Is there any permanent solution for b12 deficiency.?? I feel numbness sometime or it can b anxiety , i m attaching my last reports here. Waiting for your valuable response

Non-vegetarian foods have vit b12. Numbness needs to be evaluated. B12 deficiencies is not the only cause of numbness and tingling sensation. Consult a general physician in your place for better evaluation and treatment

Your b12 levels are normal. You don't have b12 deficiency. Better to consult a physician or a neurologist in person for numbness. There are multiple other causes for neuropathy too.
