That level can be corrected with oral drugs.. Injections are not needed,unless u have worst symptoms or u r not able to absorb dietary b12

Either tablets and injection can be used for low vitamin b 12 levels.. There are no harmful effects of vitamin b 12 injections.. As long as the injection is administered  properly with sterile technique
