I'm happy to hear you are taking the neds for last 4 months. That shows your intent and discipline. Do.keep it up! However note that micro nutrients deficiency can elevate the effect of depression undoubtedly but it is not the trigger. Also we dont know the efficacy of the mutivitamin you're eating. Have you tried injections? And also focus on good nutrition and plenty of rest and water please.
