B12 defeciency and nerve damage
I had ibs for last 10 years..9 months back I started feeling dizziness. I did my blood check and found my b12 level was 44 and vitamin d was also too low.also I had mild anemia. I took respective injections. Unknowingly I took b12 injection directly into vein without diluting it.dirctly through injection mode not by IV drip. When I took it for between small gap my symptoms went but once I started taking it between 14 days my dizziness came back I once again checked my blood.b12 was normal but mild anemia was their and infact it had increased. Is it had caused nerve damage??

No, its not nerve damage. Dizziness is probably due to anaemia. You should get Evaluated for cause of anaemia, which has not improved despite b12 injections.
