Pls suggest good supplement for b12 and multivitamin...i have taken injection for b12 but in 2 month its again drips below 200 ..pls also suggest b12 good injection

What is your current level of vitamin B12 ? Have you checked your hemoglobin level ? Also your vitamin D ?
