I have zero sperm count and epidemic orchitis so need best specialist dr, i operated both hydrocele in 2017 after get effected by other chansi doctor Who use needle to remove water of hydrocele but it effected and sexuality damaged

Azoospermia has many underlying causes. You need to consult with andrologist or urologist for full evaluation. If you have obstructed system then your sperm production will be intact and good. Whether there is obstruction or not can be solved by a surgical sperm retrieval. However we can get some idea if your hormones and scan are normal
