Are there any effective treatment to cure myopia and get 20/20 vision for teens?
If so will it promise to give me 20/20 vision?

My friend u need to understand what is myopia. Its basically elongation of eye balls so that the image is not getting clearly focused on retina. This could even be hereditary.
Spectacles are the treatment of choice for your age. Although eating healthy and a nutritious diet may help, but do not consider this as a sure shot treatment. No ayurvedic eye drops or medicines can cure it completely. Please do not fall for any such scam. Myopes are said to be smart people, not to mention all the cool glasses and frames available nowadays which are very trendy. 😊

Once your spectacle power is stable, u can opt for LASIK / SMILE and get rid of glasses after the age of 20 years.

Use ice packs, avoid using mobile after switching off the lights in your room and maintain minimum 40 cma distance between ur eyes and any digital screen.

After 18 years, if the director power is constant, then laser procedure can be done to correct the spectacle power, if over tests, we find your eye suitable for the procedure.
Regarding promises for 20/20 vision, that is what we aim for, but we will not promise such things, because the final post-procedure result will depend on the nature of your tissues and their healing.

No medicine in Ayurveda.
No Ayurvedic drop helps , till date.
Another thing there is no retrospective study in Ayurveda,no medicine pharmakinetics.so can not suggest Ayurveda for myopia.

Atropine 0.01% can b used for school going children to prevent progression of myopia
Effective treatment only can b advised when he is mid 20's when he has stable refraction for one year in form of LASIK OR PRK or SMILE

LASIK is the only available treatment to get rid of glasses. However it should be done only once your refraction is stable for atleast a year.
