It depends on what kind of lead role u want to play in life..... Panchakarma is Detox n cyclic process to reach on cellular level (Targeted tissue to endocrine level) to transform way of responses n current metabolism.... Rasayan/Vajikaran is the finishing/polishing job or stabilizing those results and empowering strength..... It can done to diseased or Normal person too... usually 1) Basti during Monsoon start (Per rectal Administration of Medicines for 8/16/30 days) 2) Virechan (induced loose stools ) and Rakta Mokshan during October Heat 3) Vaman (Induced vommiting) during Feb-march take care

Best panchkarma for you depend upon your constitution of doshas.For that you have to visit nearest ayurvedic doctor.This is time for Basti treatment.We should go At least 1 Procedure/year ,even if your healthy.
