Ayurvedic management of osteoporosis
I want to manage my osteoporosis through ayurvedic medicines. I have been suggested Himalaya Reosto. I want to know the dosage and method of taking the medicine, like before or after food etc. Also duration i.e. for how long one should take the medicine.

R u eggitarian or pure veg?, It should be taken after breakfast and evening after meal 1 bid for 3 months, Alternative can also take I e Prabal pisti (Dabur ,Sandu etc.) 250 mg bid with water or honey or milk, Ashwagandhavaleha 1 tsf bid with milk , Massage with olive oil or Almonds oil at morning in ⛅
