Ayurvedic management of osteoporosis
I want to manage my osteoporosis through ayurvedic medicines. I have been suggested Himalaya Reosto. I want to know the dosage and method of taking the medicine, like before or after food etc. Also duration i.e. for how long one should take the medicine.
