Male 31, I have been consuming Ayurvel, (a gentle ayurvedic laxative), for last 4 years, for my chronic constipation problem. And its giving good results. I take 2 spoons at bedtime. Does it has any side affects if I take it for long time?

What is the ingredients of medicine..because some intestinal irritants laxative is harmful for taking long time..so tell about the ingredients then it will be easy to advise
