NEEM ghanvati can max be taken for 7 days only.Mahamanjisthadi quath can be taken for about a month.All Medicines after food with no exact time restrictions.

Take 20 ml - 30 ml mahamajishtadi kwath along with 30ml Luke warm water, half an hour before food, twice daily..( Morning and evening)
