No mam ..With proper consultation and medicine you don't have to face this problem..There are n nos of ayurvedic medicine with 100% cure..
For treating withdrawal symptoms take jeshthamadh kwath two times a day and if possible do detox with panchkarma..

For sure you have been misguided by quack under the umbrella ayurveda, if steroids was the so called MEDICINE FOR All Than why are the allopathic mum they also try using it and gain fame, its not so, need evaluation regarding what is causing cortisol excess
