Ayurveda with allopathy
I was prescribed an ayurvedic medicine called kalkarakshak yog for reducing my TSH level which was slightly high i.e. 5.5. Since , I am also planning for a family, I have been taking folic acid supplements suggested previously by an allopathy practicing gynaecologist. Can I take both these tablets together or do I need to stop folic acid supplements to continue the other ayurvedic medicine??
