Medication does not work for permanent weight loss and it's not a healthy way. For weight loss you have to work on diet, exercise, lifestyle, habits etc. If your goal is to be pregnant naturally by losing extra weight, then make sure it should be healthy way so you loose extra weight but not required essential nutrients which help you in pregnancy.
