Respected doctors, We had unprotected intercourse on 26th of March and took unwanted 72 on the same day (within 12 hours), had minor discharge bleeding after 2-3 days. Today is 29th of April, still awaiting regular cycle. Kindly suggest a solution to fix this, facing a lot of stress due to this.

Wait for one more week, if you still don't get periods, do a urine pregnancy test as there are chances of failure with Ipill

Please do urine pregnancy test on 1 May. By that time you will be 5 days overdue. Please consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with the report.

Any contraceptive may fail. Ipill is not a routine contraceptive. It is a very high dose.of hormone and a dangerous medicine. Itay disturb your cycles for 2-3 months to come. It may prevent an intrauterine pregnancy but may cause an ectopic pregnancy ( pregnancy in wrong location)

Pill makes the period irregular ,not a safe drug.Pregnancy can happen even after taking pill..So if you have missed your period then do a pregnancy test.if negative then you can wait for your period
