Avoidant personality disorder
This started 3years back with a full blown panic attack(I was not sure at that time), gradually I understood the issue and started researching on this, with time the symptoms are under control but there is always a constant fear, incompleteness , shyness, low self esteem inside. From outside I don't let anyone know what's going inside me due to the fear of critisism , I am very sensitive to little things and feel the need to prove myself in everything and I never feel good enough , have a sense of perfectionism . I have no problem in work life ,infact I am achieving what I deserve but nothing makes me feel full, I have trouble taking a conversation to next step as I fear I might blow things up. My GP provided SSRI and I am doing better symptoms wise but the "thoughts " unwantedly pops and doesn't go away.
