Avoid what
I am suffering from chronic plaque psirosis.My dermltologist told me to avoid fermented foods. But i am confused in..what type of fermented foods..diary sources also have fermented foods nd drinks should i avoid that too.! Please give me a diet plan to have from getting rid of psirosis. Thanks in advance

However,Taking control of your diet is the most basic way to regain control of your life and fight back against the disease. Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease.Foods to include in your diet that have been shown to reduce inflammation are Cold-water fish,Flax seeds, olive oil, pumpkin seeds and walnuts. These are plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids which reduces inflammation. Colorful fresh fruits and vegetables. Choose foods from the colors of the rainbow like Carrots,sweet potatoes,Spinach,Kale and broccoli,Blueberries,Mangoes,Strawberries and figs.Foods to avoid because they have been shown to cause or increase inflammation are Fatty red meats,Dairy products,Processed foods,Refined sugars,Nightshade vegetables, including potatoes, tomatoes and peppers.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition. It usually exacerbates during winters. So keep using a emollient regularly during winters to prevent it's recurrences. Food has a minimal role in its recurrence. By fermented foods, they usually means curds and pickle. But you need not completely avoid it as food play very little role in its pathogenesis.
