Good Morning Mr Faraz Hasan Well your left is showing AVN changes that means your bone is unable to get proper blood supply in the femoral head region Now depending upon the stage of the disease you have various methods of treatment It's best to either get evaluated by an orthopaedic doctor near you at the earliest or share your investigations with me for further management
