Hi,
My wife is diagnosed with 'avascular necrosis on both sides femoral heads, (hip joints).
Right > Left - Grade 2
Allopathic treatment has only option of surgery 'core decompression surgery' on 2nd opinion.
Considering her age skeptical to go for surgery. So checking for alternate treatment.

Hi.. Core decompression is the best treatment which can be offered to her.. If not willing we can start medicines which prevent bone resorption.. If it processes she might need joint replacement.. Take care.
