I do get up 5 o clock early in the morning, and after brushing, I take dried plum alu bukhara 2 pic in dry fruits
Then go for my running . I do running continuously 30 min around 6000 steps completing in morning and completing 1 hours in morning in ground by doing running and walking physical activities. After coming from the ground, I take half bowl fruits with all mixing beetroot. Carrot .pomegranate. papaya.apple. Watermelon. And then in bf I take litle oats with toned milk with all bowl mixed fruits with dryfruit and then after 2 hours I take greentea Lunch I take all boiled vegetables with 3 chapati and salad .and in the evening, I go running and zyming. I do. 1hours 30 min in gyming and running. .and then after coming I take greentea in whole day 2 time .I take greentea is it ok na ..and diner I take 1 boiled boil eggs white parts only and 3 chapati and boil vegetables than go jogging everyday completing 14000 steps plz tell me avacado can I eat everyday in my diet or not.
