Autoimmune Pemparus Vulgaris
Dear all - I have been suffering from mouth ulcers for a long time now, recently I have blisters on my body - but usually have blisters/or ulcers in mouth and tongue - after a lot of treatment no cure.
I was told that I have autoimmune disease and currently on steroids.
I don't smoke or chew tobacco
I drink a lot of water
I don't eat spicy food
Usually I receive a generic response from all doctors but expecting Practo and doctors to review and suggest accordingly. Thanks a lot

Pl upload cbc and B12 reports of yours. Long term use of Steroids cause adverse effect on health. Upload good photos of your oral cavity(mouth) and tongue showing ulcerations and bases of ulcers. Give your complete history like
1.Pain and senstivity at places of ulcerations,
2.Thirst....quantity of water in one attempt, cold, too cold, normal, warm,
3. Color of tongue, any deposits, dry tongue, salivation..normal/excessive/ reduced,
4.appetite,
5. Stool,
6. Condition of teeth and gums,
7 any other associated problem,
8 past history, 9 family history.
