Autoimmune hypothyroidism & B12 deficit
Diagnosed with Hashimotos thyroiditis induced Autoimmune hypothyroidism 2 months back. Also have Allergic asthama and Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency. I am a vegetarian. Currently on thyroid medication and steroid inhaler for asthma. What diet is ideal, to control the condition?
