Attack of Jaundice, serous bilirubin.
I have been diagnosed with Jaundice 10 days ago. My reports 10 days ago were:- bilirubin- 9.7, SGOT:2650, SGPT:2610. I was also positive for typhoid IgG and IgM. My all other reports were normal urine and cbc. I was on medication which included some antacids, urs450 and livfit. After 5 days I had it tested again with:- bilirubin:9.4, SGOT:110, SGPT:281, and today i had it tested again now my reports are:- bilirubin: 10.7, SGOT:68, SGPT:81. I have no serous complaints in my body theres a yellow tint on whole body and eye, yellowish urine, a slight pain in right side of the stomach, and a very frequent urge of vomiting, just the feeling I dont really throw up infact in 10 days I threw up only twice. So whats the condition i am being, am i recovering or not we can consider those reports better? Here are my reports with the gap of 10 days! Please advice.

You are a patient for a Big Hospital (Govt or Private) where they have a Gastroenterology Department. From your description it could be some intrahepatic cholestasis. It is surprising that your liver enzymes are reduced by 100 times in just 10 days. Please seek proper treatment from some Gastroenterologist instead of collecting opinions by tele-consultation.
