Last time it became alright and remained for 10-15 days. From last 20 days I'm again having the same symptoms of jalan. Can it be H.pylori? Why didn't the doc take biopsy last time?

If findings are severe enough Biopsy may not be taken. Also there are tests without the need of endoscopy for h pylori.
