Attaching my Sonography report
Hi dr, till January my periods were regular but in Feb it was delayed by 9 days , so I did sonography on 6 March and it has a simple ovarian cyst in the report but I have got my periods naturally on 8 March without any medicine.  Also,  I Didn't take any medicines for the cyst , but now in April again it is delayed by 3 days and there are no chances of pregnancy. Should I wait or do an ultrasound again ? Please suggest

Now you can try to reduce cyst by medicine atleast. If you don't take medicine for cyst it may grown in size and you will need surgery. Periods are delayed due to hormonal imbalance. You need a proper consultation and treatment.
