Respected Doctors,
My uncle Mr. Basu Debnath was having lower side back pains/spasms regularly during night from 10 days.
Upon Doctor consultation (within locality), he has been prescribed with antibiotic (Loxof 500 once daily) to rule out on infection part, and advised RIRS/PCNL and DJ Stenting.
Pls guide
1. if medication or non-invasive method can remove the stone and help improve hydronephrosis condition?
2. And how severe it is ? since the other
kidney is atrophic.
