Asthma or nasal congestion
Dear doctors..Kindly help me here My brother is 29 y/o non smoker non drinker Since past few months he is saying that he gets tired easily and sometimes feel breathlessness while walking fast and feels nose blocked and takes breath from mouth. When i went to pulmonologist he prescribed inhaler + Anti allergice meds + Nose inhaler+ alot of  other meds and alot of tests. But when i went to one of the best ENT of gurgaon..He said all looks fine just some cold is there and just gave Oxyspray+ Ebast DC tablet. Chest xray normal ECG normal Now i am confused which doctor to follow. Please help me what to do

on the basis of your current history take treatment as follow as Cap -Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food and Tablet Amoxyclav 625 mg 2 time per day for 3 day after food and Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 3 day after food for 3 day and Syp- Grinlincus BM 5 ml 2 time per day for 3 day after food and Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity and Otrivin Nasal spray 2 drop per nose 2 time per day for 3 day.
