My son has asthma related problem,whenever There is any weather change or he feels uncomfortable while breathing our doctor advise us to take following medicine 1 foracort 2nd doxyphiline and telekast l my son is taking 2nd one for 6 days so is it okay to continue with it as he is still undergoing same problem

Hi. I understand your concern s. He will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Taking medicines on need base may worsen asthma. Consult a pulmonologist for the same
