Hello doctor, my married life 6years.for pregnancy we will try last 2years.i hv no baby. Last 2yrs i take lots of hormonal treatment with 2times iui. But no results. Now I doing my husband semen analysis report. My husband count ok but motility not good. Can i conceive naturally or not? There is any treatment for my husband? I attached my husband report.

You are a good case for ICSI. It is an expensive treatment but only one sperm is required for the pregnancy.

Ideally u should have gotten a semen analysis before spending on IUI.. if ur husband takes alcohol or smokes ask him to stop them, start taking antioxidants rich food with some medications to improve the semen quality and get a repeat HSA after 3 months... If u don't want to wait u can directly go for ICSI which is a costly treatment.. pls connect
