Plenty of pus cells in urine is suggestive of urinary tract infection. There's definitely something abnormal. Having albumin in urine is also abnormal but even after exercise or dehydration urine albumin may appear. Usually, it's very rare at 29 years male patient to have urinary tract infection. Do you get frequent urination or lower tummy pain? Do you have pain in your testicles? If yes, you need to consult a doctor.
Next Steps
