Yes homeopathic medicine are safe during pregnancy because these medicines has no side effects.
Yes u can take Nux vomica 30 TDS for 3 days for acidity and indigestion.
But if you want better & permanent results you should take treatment from a good homeopathic doctor because homeopathic medicine is given to an individual & personality and constitution are very important for prescription so u should take medicine after consulting to a good homeopathic doctor.
U should take medicine under supervision of a qualified doctor because potency & doses of medicine also very important for results.
