Hello, initially avoid oranges because u didn't feel  comfortable eating sour and cold items, but take much hot foods that helps u like soups, thin hot dals, turmeric milk  etc. But when it settled after 2-3 days start taking oranges ,amlas because they are good source of vitamin c for your immunity and recovery.
