Ashwagandha is used as powerfull suppliment specifically for male, but it can be used as a natural muscle enhancer. There are other things you can do for increase the height but accourding to your age you can add only few inches in your height now.
*Try skipping, walking for 40 mins daily which increases the metabolism.
*Take atleast 1 cup of milk two times a day.
