Dear Practo user,
Please mention in which condition you have ascites whether liver cirrhosis or someother chronic conditions.
For now take high protien diet nd low salt less than 2gms /day...Fluid intake less that 1-1.5 liters /day.

Simple barley kanji or cook like upma ucan eat vegetables cooked.Even broken wheat, can be taken ,cooked as kanji or upma .
Avoid rice.
