Ascended testis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I done my usg for the right undescended testis. It reads as "intraabdominal right testis seen lying in 23mm deep of inguinal Ring and associated looped spermatic cord can be seen in inguinal canal suggesting ASCENDED testis" . What does it mean. Was my testis present at the time of birth? I only want to know meaning of ascended here?plz help

It’s a Undescended testes. Descend of testes occurs immediately before or after birth. According to me you have to under surgery for this condition as soon as possible.
