My son is not speaking, he is now 23 months , he is not maintaining eye contact, so i went to doctor ,doctor told he has artism features

I think you mean autism features...Since he is the one who saw the child in person he is the best judge...Also you can consult another Psychiatrist for expert opinion...You can read about autism spectrum disorders on Google.. Kindly don't do too much surfing...Also follow the advice of your doctor
