Hi, sorry to hear about your pain. But your arthritis and pain can be curable. .1Take proper supplements vit D 3 and calcium. 2. Do strengthening exercises of knee to reduce swelling and give strength to surrounding muscles of knee. 3. Keep ur leg on 2 pillows height ( knee below  foot )and move your toes and fingers every 15 minutes fast to reduce swelling. 4. Pls Do alternate cold and hot fermentation to reduce pain and swelling instead of just cold ( start with hot and end with hot, with hot cold ratio of 3:1) it means 3 min of hot and 1 min of cold do that for at least 15 mins.
Next Steps
best luck
