Hello doctor. When I climp up the stairs of my house my heart rate goes upto 120 BPM. It gradually goes away when I rest for moment. Is this normal or have I got some type of arrhythmia?

It's normal to have increased heart rate of 120BPM on running or climbing stairs or doing any strenuous work. It's not arrhythmia. Don't worry. If there is no problem at rest, nothing to worry about in your case.
