My wife is having arm pit lump and it painless and it's getting bigger day by day. She is worried about breast cancer.

Hi. Causes of arm pit lump might be due to fat accumulation, hormonal changes. Need to check whether any pain on touching , relation to menstrual cycles or hair follicle infection in armpit. You need to consult doctor for clinical examination
