I workout 4 day in a week and walk 10K+ steps a day, still I have arms and belly fat. What to do??

Hello, Fat loss is a process that has to done the right way, eating right kind of food and regular physical activity. That said, fat loss takes place overall and not from a particular spot on the body. As you are exercising regularly and doing 10k step 4 days a week it is important to check what goes into the system as well to support it. Also, what workout you do is also important. Core strenghening with upper body weight exercises will be helpful alobg with cardio exercises. A personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into consideration details such as your lifestyle, routine, sleep, stress, eating habits, exercise, medical conditions etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas & correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be helpful - 1. Eat balanced meals 2. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, low fat dairy, non-veg in every meal 3.Drink 2-3 liters of water daily 4. Ensure you get sound sleep of 6-7 hours 5. Avoid sweets, sugar, junk, fried foods, processed & packaged foods, etc 6. Continue with exercise you can ensure that you also incorporate core and upper body streengthening exercises

Hi It's always 70% diet and 30% activity for weight loss and fat loss. I think you are putting entire burden on the workout and not following any diet. Try to follow Limited calorie diet for fat loss and do a particular area fat reduction workout and lose the fat with the particular part workout and diet. Hi, To reduce belly fat or fatty mass in arms you have to do specific exercise. You need to follow  balanced diet rich in vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates and good quality protein. Walking good for health, it helps reduce weight but not in specific area where you want. For that crunches, plank, push up all these kinds of exercises need to do. Try to increase exercise 5 days in week. Remember one thing, while you are doing exercise to burn fat, same time muscle mass also start reduce, so to maintain muscle mass diet is important.
