Are these cavities AND Is the tongue ok?
Hello doctors, Please help us understand these 2 things: A - are these (pics 2 to 4) cavities? If yes, are all of those cavities or just 1 or 2? Numbers 2 and 4 are wisdom teeth. B - what is that dark brown plaque like thing on the underside of my tongue? Is it normal? Thank you.

Yes all of those seem like cavities. Wisdom teeth seem impacted and may require extraction. Lesions under tongue seem like ulcers, avoid having anything hot or spicy and use an oral ointment.
