Are there any side effects of traction
My neurologist has prescribed to get infrared IFT And lumbar traction for my lumbar and cervical disc bulge.Are there any harmful effects of these therapies?

THERE IS NO SIDE EFFECTS BUT IS THERE SOME CONDRAINDICATIONS THAT WILL BE EXPLAIN BY YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST WHOME YOU VISIT BUT ONLY TRACTION AND IFT IS NOT A ROOT CAUSE TREATMENT SO DO A GOOD FOCUSED EXERCISE PROGRAME AS WELL AS MANUAL RELEASE
