Aortic valve replacement
Hi, my father is 82 yr old. He has no symptoms of pain, no giddiness, not feeling tired. He is usually at home since 1.5 years due to covid. No walk nothing. During routine checkup, his ecg was not good. Showed abnormal beats. 2nd ecg after 2 days was normal. 2D echo showed left Aortic valve replacement. How long should we delay the operation as he shows no symptoms and he is 82 yrs. Any medicine to heal this? Any other treatment rather than open heart surgery? Please suggest.

If it is severe aortic valve stenosis than Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is the option ( no open heart surgery required)
