Anything to worry about
Hello doctor i saw this uterine lining in my pad. im on my periods. it really scared me alot. also i did beta hcg yesterday but not pregnant. no abdominal cramps or anything different happening just as usual. please tell me is this something to worry about? i have never had anything like this or probably have never paid attention to it. have attached pictures. please explain

Don't get panic
If bhcg is negative. Then not pregnant,, may be mucus plug or some membrane , now it is out so need not worry. Relax
