Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds very distressing and emotionally overwhelming to repeatedly experience fearful thoughts, feel disconnected from reality, or feel as if something unusual is happening around you. Since you mentioned that these symptoms started after using cannabis (ganja), it is important to take them seriously and not ignore them. Sometimes substance use can increase anxiety, fear, confusion, overthinking, derealisation (feeling unreal or disconnected), or other psychological symptoms in vulnerable individuals. Since you also mentioned that symptoms improve with medication and return again after stopping it, proper professional follow-up becomes important. At this stage, I would strongly suggest: • Consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and guidance • Avoid cannabis or any other substances completely • Continue medicines only under medical supervision • Maintain proper sleep and routine • Share your experiences with a trusted family member or supportive person instead of handling it alone You may also benefit from counselling or therapy for anxiety, stress management, and coping support along with medical treatment. Warm regards, Dr Namita Ranjan Counselling Psychologis

It seems to be an substance induced anxiety disorder. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and social life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, I understand this is very scary and disturbing for you. It feels like your mind is getting stuck in fear and overthinking, and because of that thoughts and feelings start feeling very strong and real. Yeh usually tab hota hai jab anxiety badh jati hai aur brain long time tak “high alert mode” me rehta hai. Is state me thoughts repeat hone lagte hain, heavy lagte hain aur kabhi kabhi unreal feel hota hai, jisse fear aur badh jata hai aur ek loop ban jata hai. Agar symptoms continue rahein ya increase ho, toh psychiatrist/psychologist se milna best hoga. Yeh treatable condition hai aur proper help se kaafi improve ho jata hai.
Health Tips
What you can do: * Jab bhi start ho, turant focus bahar ki cheezon par shift karo (5 cheezein dekho, sounds suno, ya koi simple physical task karo) * Slow deep breathing karo (4 sec inhale, 6–8 sec exhale) * Body ko active rakho (daily walk ya light exercise) * Thoughts ko analyze ya repeatedly check karna avoid karo, isse loop aur strong hota hai * Fixed sleep aur simple daily routine maintain karo

Jo aap describe kar rahe hain — ek hi thought ka baar baar aana, reality ka unreal lagana, aur ye feeling ki koi dekh raha hai — ye bohot distressing hota hai, aur main samajh sakti hoon kitna exhausting feel hota hoga ye sab akele carry karna. Ye symptoms aksar tab develop hote hain jab mind kisi experience ke baad — jaise cannabis use — oversensitive ho jaata hai. Aap galat nahi hain. Aapka mind abhi confused hai, broken nahi. Suppressing karne se ye thoughts aur zyada aate hain — ye actually ek well-known psychological pattern hai. Isiliye “daba ke rakhna” relief nahi de raha. Acchi baat ye hai ki ye treatable hai — aur aapko ye akele manage nahi karna hoga.
Next Steps
Ek baar kisi psychologist se baat karein jo anxiety aur intrusive thoughts ke saath kaam karti ho. Ek-do sessions mein hi clarity milne lagti hai ki ye thoughts aapko control kar rahe hain, ya aap inhe manage karna seekh sakte hain.
Health Tips
Cannabis ke baad ye symptoms 3 mahine tak persist kar sakte hain — lekin professional support se recovery kaafi faster hoti hai. Akele wait karna zaruri nahi.

What you are feeling same thoughts coming again and again, fear, feeling like things are not real, and sometimes feeling like someone is there these symptoms are serious and should not be ignored. After using cannabis (ganja), some people can get anxiety, repeated thoughts, and feeling disconnected from reality. Since your symptoms are still there after 3 months, you should get proper help. You already noticed: when you take medicine, you feel better. When you stop, symptoms come back. This means the medicine is helping, so do not stop it on your own.
Next Steps
This problem can be treated, but you need proper and regular treatment.
Health Tips
What you should do: * Do not stop your medicine without asking your doctor * Consult a psychiatrist soon * Therapy can also help you control these thoughts and fear * Avoid ganja or any other substances completely

This sounds like anxiety with derealisation which can be triggered after cannabis use. Repetitive thoughts and feeling unreal are common anxiety symptoms
Next Steps
Stick to regular medication, avoid substances and consider therapy for coping skills.
