Hello, Your masturbation in the past has got nothing to do with the problems you are facing right now. But, your perception about masturbation as something bad, is. Masturbation, if done when one is sexually excited is healthy. Coming to your problems of early ejaculation, low self esteem, etc, is because of some of the wrong notions you have got in your head, which is causing you much anxiety.  the anxiety in turns precipitates sexual problems like premature ejaculation. What you need to do is consult with a Psychiatrist/Sexologist, who can dispel the myths/misconceptions you have and counsel you about a healthy sexual lifestyle. Good Luck!
