Anxiety, want to cry, stomachache
I have been recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. I dont know whether its because of my anxiety that i have been triggered with this disease or i have anxiety cuz of this problem. From last two weeks, I am in feeling of always wanting to cry, I worry too much about my future, I dont want to go out to meet people, and insomnia has started to struck in. Rough nights are followed by bad stomach health the next morning, leading to more anxiety This is affecting my relations and job as well.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Inflammatory bowel diseases like Celiac and Irritable bowel syndrome are prone to exacerbation due to anxiety episodes. Hence your situation is completely understandable. The challenge is to break the cycle. You would benefit from assessment to rule out depression. Meanwhile you would benefit from relaxation and meditation. Best wishes.
