Cry un necessarily
I dont want to meet people, all i want to do is just stay alone in my room and cry all day and all night. I have sleeping issue as well i cannot sleep at night. I feel lost even, i am not focused in any work.

Hi dear, you might be suffering from depression or some sort of psychiatric issues. In such a situation you should visit a psychiatrist and get evaluated for same. Depression is very common and one out of five is suffering from this.

These sound like symptoms of depression.. Please see a counselling psychologist to address your condition.

Start deep breathing exercise like anulom vilom and bhramri pranayma every day thrice before meals for 5 mins each day to sleep better and manage emotional upsets. Walking as per your energy levels to help you cheer up. Have a daily routine to keep you motivated and mentally and physically occupied.
